Admission Procedure for Classes I – IX

1. Eligibility Criteria

Students must fulfill the following requirements for admission:

  • Class I: Minimum age of 6 years as of 1st April of the academic year.
  • Class II – IX: Successful completion of the previous class from a recognized school.

Note: Admission to Classes II – IX is subject to availability of seats.

2. Admission Form

Prospectus and Admission Forms can be collected from the School Office during working hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

3. Documents Required
  • Birth Certificate (for Class I)
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school (for Class II and above)
  • Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OBC/Minority, if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card (student + one parent)
  • Previous Class Marksheet
  • Four recent passport-size photographs
4. Fee Payment

At the time of admission, the following must be paid: Admission Fees, Lab Fees (if applicable), and Annual Charges.

5. Provisional Admission

All admissions are considered provisional until required documents are verified. Failure to submit documents may result in cancellation of admission.

Admission Procedure for Class XI

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent from a recognized board:

  • Science Stream: Minimum 60% in HSLC
  • Arts / Commerce Stream: Minimum 45% in HSLC
2. Admission Form

Forms & Prospectus are available at the School Office (9:15 AM – 3:00 PM).

3. Documents Required
  • Copy of Admit Card of Class X examination
  • Copy of Class X Marksheet
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original Migration Certificate (for students from other Boards)
  • Four recent passport-size photographs
4. Fee Payment

Payment of Admission Fees, Lab Fees (if applicable), and Annual Charges is required at the time of admission.

5. Provisional Admission

Admissions remain provisional until all documents are submitted. Non-compliance will lead to cancellation of admission.

Admission Procedure for Class XII (Transfer)

Eligibility

Transfer admission is open only for students who have passed the Higher Secondary First Year Examination (2025) from a permitted/recognized institution; the new institution must also be recognised and permitted for Class XII. Students from other boards or councils registered under COBSE may also apply.

Steps to Apply
  1. Visit the AHSEC Change of Institution portal — coi.ahseconline.in (served via the Assam State School Education Board, Division-II) to register and submit your application. The portal reopens for transfers from July 22 to September 15.
  2. Once your transfer is approved online, visit the school office to complete the admission process.
